Long delays on northbound A1 at Stamford after lorry leaves road
There are long delays on the A1 around Stamford after a lorry left the road and crashed into a ditch this morning, Wednesday July 27.
The road is blocked northbound at the B1081 while recovery work continues.
The crash took place at 8.57am when the lorry left the road, mounted the verge and went off towards a wooded area.
Traffic is queuing back past Wittering.
