Say hello Peterborough’s leap year babies 2016!

As a leap year comes around only once every four years these little mites will age a whole lot slower than their friends as they celebrate their birthday on February 29.

Possibly Peterborough’s first leap year baby of 2016 on Monday was Logan Michael Smith, born to mum Jodie Smith at the rude hour of 5.42am weighing a healthy 8lb 13oz.

He was shortly followed at 7.22am by Harry Dale Mccullough, born in the back of an ambulance in Brudenell, Orton Goldhay to mum Vicky Mccullough.

And then there was Grace Georgia Earl, born a healthy and happy 7lb 5oz to proud mum Samantha Greenwood.

Of course, remember mums, just because they’re leap year babies, doesn’t get you off the hook of buying them a plethora of birthday gifts each and every year!
