Peterborough man charged with robbery after spate of handbag thefts

Detectives investigating a series of handbag thefts in Peterborough have arrested and charged a man.

Daniel Blades, 31, of Meadenvale in Peterborough, was arrested on Sunday, December 17.

Yesterday (Monday) he was charged with robbery and remanded to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday).
