A Peterborough woman has been ordered to pay nearly £700 after being found guilty of holding a gathering at her home.

Maria-Christina Curt (22) held the gathering at her home in Russell Street, Peterborough on October 9 last year.

She was given a £550 fine, and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £55 after being convicted of breaching the COVID rules.

She was found guilty in her absence at Peterborough Crown Court earlier this month.
